Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Salent website at salent.sale and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Victor Lavrentyev (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Salent is an AI-powered lead generation platform designed for IT outsourcing companies. The Service uses artificial intelligence to identify, qualify, and deliver potential business leads to help IT outsourcing companies grow their client base.

3. User Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by business professionals and organizations. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Obligations

If you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Victor Lavrentyev and is protected by intellectual property laws. Salent™ is a trademark of Victor Lavrentyev.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without express permission
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to provide the Service

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Victor Lavrentyev, Salent, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
  • The quality, accuracy, or reliability of leads generated by the Service

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. AI-generated leads are provided for informational purposes and should be independently verified.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Victor Lavrentyev and Salent from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Your use of leads or data obtained through the Service

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Tbilisi, Georgia, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
