3.3 Illegal & Harmful Use

• Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in fraud, phishing, or any form of deceptive practices
• Using lead data to discriminate against individuals based on protected characteristics
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through the Service

3.4 Abuse of AI Features

• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Using the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content
• Reselling or redistributing AI-generated outputs as a competing service

4. Data Handling Requirements

When using leads and data obtained through the Service, you must:

• Comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, UK DPA) when processing lead data
• Maintain appropriate security measures to protect any personal data received
• Honor opt-out requests and unsubscribe mechanisms in your communications

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service:

6. Enforcement & Consequences
